Held annually in the heart of Downtown Riverside, the Riverside Day of the Dead is one of the biggest celebrations of the traditional Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos in Southern California. Every year, visitors come to Downtown Riverside from all over the globe to take part in the festivities, enjoy live music and entertainment, and honor their loved ones with our beautiful community created altars and decorations. Our festival is a vibrant community event that thrives to preserve the authenticity of this Mexican celebration by respecting and honoring its tradition and culture.
